The Westfield Gift Card is plastic, sized like a credit card, and is used just like any debit or savings card. It’s simple to use:

  1. The participating retailer will swipe your Westfield Gift Card through the EFTPOS terminal.
  2. Enter 'Savings' and the amount of purchase.
  3. Enter the PIN number and press OK.

1, 2, 3, you’re done, it's as easy as that!

The pin number is located on the back of the Westfield Gift Card, under the scratch panel on the right.

Make sure you know the value on the Card before making your purchase – if the total cost of the items you are purchasing is greater than the balance on the Westfield Gift Card you will need to use another form of payment to make up the difference.
